CSRT or NOT CSRT?? -That is the question!
CSRT stands for Certified Surveyor in Remedial Treatments. This qualification is a Property Care Association (PCA) and British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association (BWPDA) qualification, which is awarded to persons that have undergone full in depth training and have passed the strict examination procedures at the PCA Headquarters.

The CSRT qualification is a nationally recognised qualification that allows a person to call themselves an expert or specialist in the damp and timber industry. This is the ONLY certified qualification in the Damp proofing, Woodworm and Dry Rot industry. Persons not holding this qualification cannot call themselve an expert or specialist in the Damp, Woodworm and Dry Rot industry.

All banks and building societies insist that the surveyor carrying out the damp and timber survey is CSRT qualified and/or a member of the Property Care Association.

Rest assured that all our surveyors are CSRT qualified and we have been approved by all major lenders to carry out Pre-purchase Damp and Timber surveys throughout North Wales and the United Kingdom.

All our treatments are carried out by qualified PCA (Property Care Association) technicians and supervised by PCA quailifed CSRT (Certified Surveyors in Remedial Treatment) surveyors providing peace of mind that the contract is being carried out correctly for long term success.
